fego caffe

Sarah turned 22 the other day so Mel and I decided to take her out for brunch to celebrate her impending maturity (maturity is still pending FYI). The sun was beaming and we just knew Marlow would be a beauty to visit. This is the kind of weather where you want to put the roof down and throw your arms up in the air, like you just don't care!

Bday girl was sporting some new bday clothes. Snazzy pants and a crop top to dazzle all. (All Topshop, go get your grubby paws on them ASAP).

Might have been a little blustery whilst the papz were out...

Anyway, back to Fego. Admittedly this is not a new place for us. We went through a period of going here almost every Saturday for our Eggs Benedict fix, so we decided to head here as it's just so.damn.good.

Sun's out, eggs and coffe cups out.

Sarah went for the bockwurst hot dawwwwg, piled high with crispy onions, bacon, hot sauce and fries.

Mel had a burger moment. Stacked chicken, avo and cheeeeese. What's better, hey? And I opted for a rancheros brunch. Mushrooms, potatoes, chorizo, jalapeƱo peppers and sweet butter peppers topped with a cheeky double egg. Droooooool.

"Offt". Did ya hear that?! That's me wolfing it down. One minute it's there, the next it's gone.

So much satisfaction. Brunch is my favorite meal ever ever ever.

If you're in the area, head to Fego's. It won't disappoint. There are a few dotted around the Home Counties and, rather conveniently, one on St. John's Wood high street. Hollaaaaa! I recommend the Ginger Ninja smoothie, their flat white and any of the egg dishes.

Sorry for the sparseness of the posts recently. Don't know what's going on. I promise to do more this week!
